My Story

I struggled with purpose and happiness. Living life but not enjoying the days and weeks as they mundanely passed by. So I studied. Myself, personal development, goal setting, psychology and coaching.

I set smart goals with a clear path to getting there and really took time to understand my why.

Over years I have learnt the attributes needed for me to succeed. Through this universal journey of trial and error and life experiences led me to discover mind tools and life systems that allow each of us to tap into the best version of ourselves…and show it to the world.

This is why I write this and share it with you.

My Passion

My passion is…PEOPLE!
The most satisfying thing is when I have a break through moment with individual challenges and sometimes things that people have been struggl
ing with for a long time. This, however takes a lot of hard work and digging deep which isn’t what the majority of people are used to. That in itself creates a barrier…the first of many that require goals, strategies and effort to hurdle before getting to the next step.

What has allowed me to help people is to have a strong point of reference from my own life. This has driven me to strive for more and not only coach others, but take my own advice and show people in my community that I am an advocate of what I share!

The pure dedication required to be the best at one thing takes too much to then be the greatest at another. This is where my passion turns into obsession.

I want to help people find their passion, purpose, balance and happiness.

The extreme highs and lows commonly seen on social media divides our thinking and tricks our brains into believing that we want more than what we currently have and simultaneously makes us feel inadequate for what we do have.

Our dopamine (positive reward) system is triggered and procrastination (such as doom scrolling) often replaces productivity.

My vision is to Help People Triumph!
I do this by listening to the challenges people face in their current situations. Provide tailored coaching and mentoring solutions to help people align their realities with their dreams to help increase happiness and well-being.
Help people process their problems and plan goals into action.
Some of my current goals are to;

1. Have FREE resources available to everyone

2. Create a content library on Youtube with helpful source material

3. Live a sustainable rhythm of activity that brings me joy and helps the world

4. Build a community of like minded individuals who learn, coach and share

5. Leave a legacy that outlives me
